I see that your programs are subscription based, why is that?
All of our programs require continuous research and upgrades; that’s why most modern software are now subscription based to cover additional engineering and documentation costs.
Is it mandatory to agree to the annual subscription if I want to buy your programs?
No, it is not necessary to pay annually if you want to purchase our programs. Please select 1 Year Upgrade Protection on the purchase page. It does not have a subscription. However, the product will stop working after one year and you will have to purchase a new license key again to continue using the product.
Can I buy your products without subscription?
Yes, you can purchase our products without subscription. To do so, select 1 Year Upgrade Protection option on the purchase page. However, the product will stop working after one year and you will have to purchase a new license key again to continue using the product.
What is the difference between 1 Year Upgrade Protection and Continuous Upgrade Protection?
Under 1 Year Upgrade Protection, all upgrades are provided for free for one year. Also, the product will stop working after one year and you will have to purchase it again. However, under Continuous Upgrade Protection, you are billed each year automatically and all upgrades are free for the duration of your subscription.
What will happen after 1 year if I select 1 Year Upgrade Protection?
The product will stop working after one year and you will have to purchase a new license key again to continue using the product.
I accidently purchased the product with subscription. How can I cancel it?
Please send us the order number of the product at support@systweak.com, we will cancel the subscription from our end and you will receive a confirmation email regarding the same.
Can I use the product for lifetime?
You can use the product for lifetime if you choose Continuous Upgrade Protection while placing your order. You will be billed automatically per year for the same. However, we don’t have a lifetime/perpetual license.
