Filter Options
Using filter options that are divided into two broad sections and subdivided further, you can refine search results.
General
- Show only deleted files- Check this option to view only the deleted files and folders.
- Show empty- Check this option to view empty files and folders in the scan results.
- File name wildcard - You may type text/characters in this box and accordingly filter search results.
Advanced filter
- Time filter- filter search results based on date and time. Set a date under the "Date" section and use filters (Less than, Less than equal to, Equals to, Greater than, and Greater than equal to) to get the desired results.
- Size filter- filter the search based on file size. Assign a number in the "Size" section and use filters (Less than, Less than equal to, Equals to, Greater than, and Greater than equal to) to get the desired results.
- File Health filter - filter the search results based on the current recoverable status of the files. There are 6 options under this filter section:
- Attribute filter - The search can be filtered based on the file attributes. There are 6 attributes
Unrecoverable (files that cannot be recovered)
Bad (partially recoverable)
Poor (cannot be recovered)
Good (recoverable)
Excellent (fully recoverable), and
Existing (files that have not been deleted).
You can check one or multiple options for customizing the search.

Read-Only
Hidden
System
Compressed and
Encrypted.
You may check one or multiple options for customizing the search.
Click Save Settings to apply changes, to revert to original settings click Default.
