    To troubleshoot the issue you are facing we suggest:

    • Closing Ubisoft Connect PC.
    Please ensure Ubisoft Connect PC is fully closed in the Windows system tray.
    • Download the newest version of Ubisoft Connect PC.

    You should now be able to install your game and use Ubisoft without VPN.
