If you cannot access Systweak PDF Editor on your desktop and want to take a page out of a PDF using any PC, you can do that through MS Word. Here are the steps that may help –
Step 1—Right-click on the PDF file from which you want to remove a page and use the open with option. Then, click on MS Word to select and open.
Step 2 – A Prompt will appear stating that opening the PDF document in MS Word may cause disorientation of the structure. Allow it to open the file. 
Step 3—After you have opened your PDF document, simply navigate to the page you want to delete and manually remove all the content from that page.
Once you have removed the content, the Page is automatically removed, and the overall number of pages is reduced. After doing so, simply use the Save As option in MS Word and export the document as a PDF. You can again check if the document’s structure is intact in the converted PDF.
After removing the page or content from the file, you will have to manually adjust all the changes. This can be a tedious process, but it gets the job done if you are ready to spend time on it.
