It is a kernel-mode driver used by the BattlEye anti-cheat system. It runs at a low level in the OS, and that is the reason that when there’s a conflict (with another driver, hardware, or OS component), it can trigger a crash/BSOD.

Method 1: Update Drivers

There are two ways to update drivers on a Windows PC. We have explained both the methods.

a.) Update Via Device Manager

Microsoft has provided a free driver updater tool to all Windows users. This tool is called Device Manager and here are the steps to use it.

1. Open the Device Manager by pressing Win + X and selecting Device Manager.

Method 8: Perform A Clean Boot

2. Navigate to System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Power and Performance Options > Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology.
