Ensure SYSTEM and Administrators have Full Control.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Method 9: Use the Command Line Repair Method<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the installer won&#8217;t start, try reinstalling using the command line by opening the Command Prompt in elevated mode.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.
