Test on Another Device<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>If possible, try plugging your Razer Kraken into another PC or console.<\/li>\n<li>Check if the mic itself works. This helps rule out hardware issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Check Razer Synapse Settings<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Open Razer Synapse 3 on your PC.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the Audio or Microphone section.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure the mic is enabled and not muted.<\/li>\n<li>Also see the mic volume, check if the slider is not too low, if it is, raise it.<\/li>\n<li>Run Mic Calibration if available, this will help Synapse to optimize your voice input.<\/li>\n<li>Try Enabling the Mic Boost if your voice sounds too quiet during calls or in-game chat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">7.
