Audio-Only Recording<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you don\u2019t need the video recording you can now <a href=\"https:\/\/www.systweak.com\/blogs\/how-to-record-audio-for-voiceovers-on-windows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">record only the audio<\/a> and reduce the file size significantly. To record audio follow these steps:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Click More during an active call &gt; Record and transcribe &gt; Start recording.<br \/>\n<\/span>2. However, if it is not there then chances are that it is disabled by your admin or you may not have the required licence or <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the October 2024 Copilot policy change may be affecting it<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">How to Stop the Recording?<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To stop the recording follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Click the three-dot More icon during the meeting &gt; Record and transcribe &gt; choose Stop recording to end both recording and live transcription.
