Orders sent via postal delivery should be sent to the address below. Please include the complete payment in the form of a personal cheque, money order or cashier's cheque. Do not send cash. Payments made by personal cheque will be held until the cheque clears. Payments made with money orders or cashier's cheque will be immediately fulfilled. Please fill this order form.

After we receive your order, we review them and once the necessary details are verified, we send you an email from which you can download the registered version of the product.

Usually your order will be fulfilled within a couple of hours only but occasionally this may take up to 24 hours.

Minor Updates vs Major Upgrades

A minor update includes software bug fixes and small functional enhancements and is signified by minor version number increments. An example of a minor update would be 1.01, 1.02, 1.10 etc.

A major upgrade consists of significant changes in the functionality of a product as well as new documentation. Regarding the version, there is an increment in the integer portion of the version number. For example, a major upgrade from version 1.0 would be labeled 2.0.

Registered owners of Systweak software are entitled to free minor updates while major upgrades can be obtained by paying a small upgrade fee to cover additional engineering and documentation costs.

Price Protection Period

If you purchase a product from Systweak and we release its major upgrade within one month of your purchase date, you are entitled to a free upgrade to the new major release.

We hope that by providing a trial version, customers can ensure their satisfaction and system compatibility with our software. Once you purchase our products we would replace defective media free of charge, if any, but we do not offer a cash refund. So we recommend that you install and test the evaluation versions before deciding to purchase our software.

We feel that this policy is consistent with other major software retailers world-wide.

We offer one license for one machine only. If you need more licenses to work on multiple PC’s, get volume license of our product at discounted price.

Yes, we offer volume discounts - If you like to purchase multiple licenses for one of our products, you may also contact us at support@systweak.com and check for a special arrangement for your very special case.

It is very important that you save your Original Receipt (at least your Order ID) or Registration Email. In case it is lost, we will need the email address you used while registering, as we will send the registration details only to the same email address.
