Advanced Email Utilities can synchronize emails and other Outlook data, which is stored in one computer, with another computer. If you have two computers and you want to make sure that all your mails, settings, contacts, and other data are synchronized between the two, Advanced Email Utilities enables you to do that. You can use Advanced Email Utilities to synchronize Emails, Contacts, Messages, Tasks, Appointments, Rules and Settings etc between computers. You can also schedule automatic synchronization schedules, so that you do not have to bother to start the sync process everytime. You can simply put an entry into the schedule and your computers will be synchronized to contain the same PST data for the options that you choose.
You can choose to sync a particular folder, or multiple folders or the entire Outlook data stored in the PST file. You can also use this tool to create a backup copy of the entire Outlook PST, or parts of it, and easily store it in a safe place for future use.
Another very important feature of the sync process in Advanced Email Utilities is that it is bi-directional. You can synchronize the data between both the computers and if you have a few items in one computer and some in another, they will both the synchronized as per your choice of options, to give you one unified PST file.
The synchronization works with Microsoft Outlook 2007, Outlook 2003, Outlook XP and Outlook 2000. This means that you can use it on almost any version of Microsoft Office Outlook.
